As most of you know, your Leave-in Workday has been incorrect.  This week FOP3 filed a Step 3 Grievance due to the agency’s inability to track Leave accrual and usage.

FOP3 also filed for arbitration on Grievances involving the following:

1). The drafting policy, and

2). Discipline being assigned in hours and issues that are agreed upon in the Labor & Management Committee are binding.
