Protecting the Rights of Baltimore Officers
since 1966

Baltimore City Lodge #3 Fraternal Order of Police

Who We Are

A Police Officer  – whether Active Duty or Retired, who, at one point in their life, wrote a blank check made payable to "the city of Baltimore," for an amount "up to and including their life."

What We Do

Lodge #3 is the sole Bargaining Agent for both Members of Unit I (Police Officers, Police Agents and Flight Officers) and Unit II (Sergeants and Lieutenants).

Why We Do It

Although the safety of our line officers is our number one concern, FOP Lodge #3 is also committed to expanding and protecting the rights and benefits of all our members as well as speaking out on issues that effect law enforcement in the City of Baltimore and State of Maryland.
