FOP3 leadership has been working day and night to help the City correct the many problems facing our members concerning pay and leave.  As you know, the City would not allow us, the subject matter experts on the BPD, to assist in the Workday build for our agency. It’s almost like knowing that someone is building a house that you know will collapse, but they tell you that it will be fine, and your help is not needed.  Now that the house has collapsed and, in many cases your checks are incorrect, we have suffered harm and are working with SBWD to collect information in the event that the current Workday issues and pay errors are not resolved quickly and legal action becomes necessary.

We will continue to keep you advised as we move forward.
