It is with much sadness that I announce the passing of Retired Lt. Edwin John Boston, Sr., on October 24, 2021. Lt. Boston was a greatly respected Past President of FOP 3 and a long-serving member of the Baltimore Police Department. He was a dear friend and mentor to many of our members and his leadership of our union was strong. We are forever grateful to Lt. Boston for his dedication to our profession and to the growth of FOP 3. We express our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues as we grieve his loss, and may his memory be a blessing to us all.
