May 2021 Membership Meeting – RSVP Required

Brothers and Sisters,
The May membership meeting will be held on 5/24/2021 at 7PM at the Lodge Hall. Baltimore City continues to limit attendance numbers for meeting/banquet venues to 50% allowed capacity. Once again, we are asking those who are interested in attending the May meeting to send an email to [email protected] with “May Meeting RSVP” in the subject line and your name in the body of the email. The first 100 responses will be admitted to the meeting. (This message will be sent out via our Constant Contact email blast, Lodge #3 private FB page, and will be forwarded to the BRPBA). If at some point up until the meeting, you find that you cannot attend, we ask that you let the Lodge know as soon as possible so that we can notify the next person in line.
The following regulations will be applied:
-Entrance to the meeting will be through the Lounge door.
– Facial coverings are required while in the building.
– Your attendance constitutes an understanding of the health risks and a liability waiver.
While we understand that this is not the ideal meeting situation, we also know how important it is that we hold our meetings. We apologize for this continued inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
