In regard to the “Do not call List”, our attorneys at SBWD will be meeting this Wednesday with the BPD Legal Department to discuss the matter. We have asked for the PIB records for all of those on the list in an attempt to determine the accuracy of Mosby’s list. Last week FOP3 filed a complaint on Mosby with the Attorney Grievance Commission. The complaint pointed out many inaccuracies in regard to the list, articulating that the commission should hold Mosby responsible for her reckless actions. We will keep you updated when more information becomes available.
