Brothers and Sisters,

The March membership meeting will be held on 3/22/2021 at 7 PM at the Lodge Hall. Baltimore City continues to limit attendance numbers, so once again we are asking those who are interested in attending the March meeting to send an email to [email protected] with “March Meeting RSVP” in the subject line and your name in the body of the email. The first 50 responses will be admitted to the meeting. (This message will be sent out via our Constant Contact email blast, Lodge #3 private FB page, and will be forwarded to the BRPBA.) If at some point up until the meeting, you find that you cannot attend, we ask that you let the Lodge know as soon as possible so that we can notify the next person in line.

The following regulations will be applied:

…Entrance to the meeting will be through the double door access to the Hall from the parking lot ONLY! All other doors, including the entrance to the Lounge, will be locked.

…In order to allow for accurate counting, those members who are approved to attend are asked to form a line at the door.

…Seating will be limited to appropriately distanced chairs; no tables will be set up.

…The Lounge will be open, but no food will be served.

…Facial covering while in the building.

…Your attendance constitutes an understanding of the health risks and a liability waiver.

While we understand that this is not the ideal meeting situation, we also know how important it is that we hold our meetings. For those who are unable to attend, we will continue to post our Meeting Updates in the membership section of the Lodge website (fop3.org) to keep members informed.
