We have been advised by our attorneys at Saul Ewing, that the class notice documents have been mailed to all retirees and members who were retirement eligible at the time of the pension lawsuit filing in 2010, including beneficiaries  The mailing began on 1/3/20 and ended yesterday (1/6/2020).  In addition, the Claims Administrator has set up a website with answers to Frequently Asked Questions.  All class members will have access through this web address  http://baltimorepensionlitigation.com/FAQ.  There is also a dedicated telephone line for those who prefer to call (844-329-9816).

Please also remember that our attorneys at Saul Ewing will be attending the next membership meeting at 7PM on 1/27/20.
