If you were on the list to receive a check from the FLSA litigation (OT lawsuit) and have not yet received it, the city has advised to do the following:

Send a letter that you have not received your check and include your name, current address, old address (if applicable, please write current and old next to addresses), phone #, and email. Mail the letter to:

Seattle, WA. 98111

It was noted in the communication from the city that the checks are coming from across the country and that the US. Postal Service has been experiencing delays in delivery.
