We are aware of the police-involved shooting that has occurred in the Southwest District. It appears our officer was struck by the suspect’s car. Injuries are unknown at this time. Our leadership team is responding to the hospital and the Baltimore Police Homicide Unit. More information to follow as it becomes known.
Update 4:5-PM
We can confirm that there were two officers injured in this morning’s incident in the SWD and both are doing well.
