All BPD Employees, Sworn and Civilian:

If you have a college-age young adult in your household, you are eligible to apply for a Signal 13 scholarship.  The Signal 13 Foundation has money available for you to help ease the burden of paying those expensive tuition bills. You must apply by April 15, 2022, for the next school year. If you are already receiving a scholarship, you must reapply by April 15. Here’s the great news – Signal 13 increased its scholarship amounts so there is more money available to you for the 2022-23 school year. To apply or reapply, go to signal13foundation.org.
