President Mike Mancuso was able to spend some time with Sgt Shiflett today and is happy to report that, as members of the Baltimore Police Dept. already know, Bill is as tough as ever. Although in severe pain, he forced himself out of his hospital bed to stand. Keep at it Brother…we’ve got your back!
